According to this story Dr. Foley died of COVID on October 15. He was an MD who pushed natural medicine in the Twin Cities. According to the article, "In blog posts over the past year, Foley wrote on his practice’s website that it was dangerous to wear masks and that the drug Ivermectin was a proven treatment against COVID-19 — a drug he prescribed for patients even though the Food and Drug Administration warns against it. He reposted false claims about the vaccine made by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a well-known opponent of vaccines who has been banned from social media platforms." I also learned that Facebook and YouTube de-platformed Dr. Foley for his spread of misinformation. He was in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice until his death. Clearly someone, probably his son, tried to scrub Dr. Foley's blog of all the disinformation posts that he made over the past two years. Thankfully, the Web Archive had scraped his blog and so his posts are there forever. You can access those archived blog pages HERE. I'll summarize his thoughts here: He was generally against all vaccines. In this post he rails against the HPV vaccine citing VAERS data (which we know has no accuracy whatsoever). In this post he's claiming that the SARS-COV-2 virus was "weakening" when actually we now know that variants were strengthening. Here he shares a video from the disinformation king, RFK, Jr. In the next blog post he pushes Ivermectin as an effective treatment for COVID: More false information... Well, I can't speak to his practice overall, but as a virologist he absolutely sucked, and was dangerous to his patients and anyone who followed his blog posts. RIP Christopher.

This Michigan family got hit very hard by COVID. Wesley and his sister Wendy (left two in the picture) have both died, Wesley on November 8, and Wendy on October 29. Wesley's wife Shannon and their daughter Katelyn are both sick with COVID. Of the four of the them, only Shannon, a med-tech, was the outspoken anti-vaxxer. Katelyn and Wesley only posted the now classic "I don't care if you're vaccinated" and "I'm not vaccinated by choice" frames just before they all got sick. Wendy never posted anything about COVID or vaccines. This is a very sad tale of how ignoring expert scientific advise can lead to enormous consequences. Join me in wishing Shannon and Katelyn fast recoveries from COVID and offer them our condolences. Like I said, Wendy never posted anything about COVID or vaccines. The other three had the classic frames that were originally meant to be counterpoints to the "I got vaccinated" frames that became viral in the spring of 2021. Wesley.... Shannon...(somehow she mixed the "faith over fear" frame with the "Proudly unvaccinated, refuse to be part of the experiment" frame) Katelyn... Shannon shared more memes, these are all in September just before they all got sick. (By the way, the recall of these contaminated Moderna vials was well orchestrated and was a good thing!)... Shannon sold "NOT Vaccinated" t-shirts online. And there is this meme we've seen a few times now.... Katelyn gets sick (October 17, according to her timeline)... Covid isn't playing around, according to Katelyn... Shannon gets sick. Three days later Wendy dies and Wesley is in the ICU... Katelyn doesn't understand why this is happening: Wesley is deteriorating... He's getting worse, and there's a gofundme... Wesley died a few days ago... There haven't been any recent updates on Shannon and Katelyn's health, so I think we can assume they are recovering. GET VACCINATED!! RIP Wendy and Wesley.

According to this gofundme René died on August 21, 2021 (clearing up some backlog). The odd thing about René is that his brother fought a COVID infection through late June and most of July and died in Florida on July 23, 2021. You'd think René would've gotten himself and his family vaccinated because of that, but it didn't happen. He and his entire family got COVID and he ended up dying just like his brother. I'm not sure how someone becomes so indoctrinated as to risk his family's well being like that. That's René on the left and his brother Daniel on the right: René was really angry at Dr. Fauci... In the meantime his brother Daniel got COVID... Apparently, according to that gofundme, Daniel was on a trip to Colombia and got sick in mid-June. They flew him back to Florida and he was placed on an ECMO on July 9. He died on July 23 at age 40: But René stayed a vigilant anti-vaxxer, despite his brother's demise: By now, Rene has COVID. He was taken off the CPAP on August 12... But it all went terribly wrong, as you can tell from the gofundme... I'll never understand this one. RIP Rene.

According to this obituary Vince died from COVID on October 31, 2021. He leaves behind his wife and a daughter. Almost all of the anti-vaxx things he posted on Facebook came from from TikTok. I suppose that's because Facebook doesn't monitor them? Most of what he posted has been actually removed from TikTok, probably because it didn't meet community standards, but I captured enough to get a sense of what Vince was thinking and agreeing with. Also, even though he's in media, it's difficult to find a high quality picture of him: Like I said above, Vince posted a ton of anti-vaxx TikToks, some of which I'll post here for you. Warning: they are all really stupid. First, this guy is the worst. What is it with right-wingers and "emails"? They get these emails and then make claims about them knowing that no one is going to read them. In fact, this guy didn't read them either and just lies and lies that Fauci has lied. The dumbest TikToks are the ones where people simply repeat a meme they saw on Facebook. This is dumbass sunscreen analogy. This broad is dumb. A guy posting a video of a TV showing Tucker Carlson confused at infection rates of a mostly vaccinated population. So there are 5 levels of stupidity happening here at once. Obviously confused a the definitions of COVID death. Like it matters. NOTHING this Dr. Jensen guy says make bit of sense. Comparing chemo to vaccines? Did he say chemo works on your immune system, similar to vaccines? This guy has a medical license? Still? I couldn't get through all of this. Military says you get vaxxed with an emergency use approved vaccine then you get it or you're dishonorably discharged. (They always conveniently forget to say "emergency use" by the FDA. Of course now the vaccines are approved, so this is moot:) And Vince's last post was the dumbest: a reaction video of someone reading an anti-vaxx meme. UPDATE (11/8/21): Patrick's sister-in-law, Jennifer Nicole, who was one of the people pushing for vaccines and masks in the posts studied here, came to SAV and made a post about her brother-in-law Patrick who turns out to be mentally disabled due to his time in the military. In fact, Patrick seems relatively sane compared to most people covered here on SAV. Second, if you actually read all of the comments on Patricks story here on SAV most of the posts are quite sympathetic and several people noted that Patrick hinted at his brain injuries. Also, most noted that he wasn't the most "anti-vaxx" even in the discussion above, those badges go to "Cindy" and "Wendy". To Jennifer, I'm sorry for your loss. And I'm sorry for any of the few trolls here that tend to say things with vitrol and hate. I do my best to delete their posts and block the worst offenders. Their posts seem to overshadow the mostly empathetic audience here who sense when someone is a victim vs. just an awful person like Paul Kendall or Heidi Hitt. I didn't post Patrick to highlight Patrick per se, I post this story to highlight you and Justin's arguments and the fact that this issue is tearing families apart. According to many reports Mak Parhar died on November 4. We do not currently know the cause of death, but Mak admitted on several of his many livestreams that he's been sick with sore throat, fever, and a cough, but says it couldn't be COVID (CONVID he calls it) because it doesn't exist. As you'll see below, he certainly didn't die of pneumonia. I suspect the cause is from blood clots like we saw early in the pandemic before blood thinners were used in the treatment program for COVID patients. However, if the coroner determines his death was unrelated to COVID, we'll remove Mak from sorryantivaxxer.com. I wasn't going to post Mak yet, but I got about 200 messages requesting Mak's post. :) Mak owned a yoga studio in Delta, BC and became known for denying that we live on a spherical shaped planet. Like most flat-earthers, he picked up the anti-vaxxer torch and ran with it. He was arrested for violating quarantine rules after returning from the US and was extending his court dates because he was too sick to attend. He discussed the COVID mask and vaccine mandates with disdain in just about every livestream he's done throughout the entire pandemic up to one day before his death. He had two types livestreams; one was streaming and ranting while driving his car and the other was attending protests, commenting on speeches, and talking to other attendees. He leaves behind a wife and a child. Most of Mak's anti-vaxx content is contained in recordings but he had a few anti-vaxx memes: Here was one of his two types of live streams. This is a standard 'going-to-a-protest' stream type. Lots of walking and talking and complaining about people wearing masks, and then talking to some protestors. This is other type of stream, sitting in or driving his car. In this one he explains that he's been really sick and wonders why since he never gets sick. He describes symptoms that sound like COVID, but says it can't be COVID because it doesn't exist. This is his last live stream that he did the day before he died. He doesn't seem like a dying man and even though he's still not healthy he's better than in the one above. However, I've seen many COVID related deaths where someone without comorbities dies overnight because of blood clots due to the COVID infection. But it could've been a heart attack as he was a fairly high-strung guy. RIP Mak. We'll keep an eye on the coroners report and decide whether he deserves a spot on SAV.

UPDATE (11/5/2021): Jim made an appearance on a Sanjay Gupta segment on CNN yesterday to tell his story and how he now pushes everyone to get vaccinated. The tip about this story was from SAV commenter Jackie McDowall (Flo Knight), a healthcare professional who, because of this story, became friends with Jim online. She says he's really come a long way and is fighting his anti-vaxxer friends to this day. See the video of the CNN Interview here. I'll admit that Ryan wasn't as egregious of an anti-vaxxer as most entries on this site, but he was anti-vaxx. He's on here as a cautionary tale to those who think they are too young or too healthy to worry about COVID. Why take the risk? Get vaccinated. Russ is an evangelical end-times paster who constantly talks about the coming of the Antichrist and the ongoing battle between Satan's warriors and God's warriors. He is a Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) investigator, which is essentially a witch hunt that has its roots in the Satanic Panic of the 1980s and seems to have recently inspired the the Qanon movement. He says there are millions of Satanic Chosen Ones coming after Christians and Christian children. Russ Dizdar is of the same ilk as two other sorryantivaxxer entries, Rob Skiba, who died a few days ago, and Steve Quayle, who is still battling a COVID infection. Russ and Steve have even appeared together on the Hagmann Report, a show similar to Infowars but focused on wacky Christian things like Nephilim, modern day Nephilim human hybrids, SRA, flat-earth, etc. Russ and Shelly were anti-vaxxers. Shelly actually posted more anti-vaxx things online, as Russ thought the COVID virus and vaccines were but a small part of the great Antichrist-led apocalypse that is coming shortly. According to this obituary, Jason died on October 17, 2021. As far as sorryantivaxxer entries go, this one is a little different. Jason wasn't an "activist" like most of the others on this site who pushed anti-vaxx views on social media. He did post the "I don't care if you're vaccinated" profile frame that so many anti-vaxxers do, but normally I wouldn't post someone with just that on this profile page. The reason I'm posting Jason is so that everyone can read the tongue-lashing that his wife, Annette, gives anti-vaxxer friends of her husband. Also, she's very open about the pain that she was put through. In fact, she's posting her thoughts, anguish, and memories of her husband every day until his birthday this month. It's heartbreaking, but given the goal of this site, to convince anti-vaxxer holdouts to get vaccinated, this should be posted here. Please show Annette the compassion and respect she deserves. Please note that there are no "prayer warriors" or a "gofundme" here. Just emotion laid bare. Here are the only things he posted that exposed his thoughts on vaccines: and... With such an attitude, it's no wonder that Charles was sensational at pushing our messages throughout his Facebook network. There is no doubt he picked up some customers for us along the way. In this post, we'll point out where Charles excelled in his spread of disinformation. First, let's get a statement of purpose from Charles (#FuckAroundAndFindOut): Charles pushed our messages but managed to add his own personal touch to our memes by using black and white versions. According to this article Dr. Vanek died from COVID on October 12, 2021 after an eight week battle in the hospital. Dr. Vanek was a respected Orthopedic Surgeon in Merced county California. He had his own clinic in Atwater called Advanced Orthopedics. However, he was an anti-vaxxer, which is concerning not just because of the influence he had on his own patients, staff, and social media followers, but also because the City of Atwater made him the medical advisor for their pandemic response. That's like the fox guarding the hen house (I think I got that old analogy right). So how much of an anti-vaxxer was Dr. Vanek? This one has to be a joke... Maybe all of his posts are jokes? Never mind. He's serious. Sharing false info on vaccines... Of course, he's anti-Fauci... Tucker and that guy who falsely claims he invented mRNA vaccines: The debunked conspiracy theory: Dr. Vanek's own thoughts on the matter: losing 50,000,000 people is ok with him, apparently. Also, they didn't have a vaccine available during the pandemic back in 1918: How did Ed Vanek get licensed to practice medicine? Another false post (debunked): He sucks at math. Anyway, this happened. (Even this eulogy calls him out for being politically opinionated.) RIP Ed.

According to social media posts (below) Bernadette died from COVID on October 28, 2021. Bernadette used social media (5500 friends and followers) to preach about Yeshua and Love. She was also a jewelry designer who designed and sold "Christian Jewelry." Her jewelry looks a lot like traditional hippy bead jewelry, only with holy spirit names. Yes, she was also an anti-vaxxer, as you'll see. Ok, so was Bernadette an anti-vaxxer? Let's check. First, let's see one of her videos. This is highly edited. (Her videos can sometimes last 2 hours. In fact, even in this 30 minute segment on avoiding mandatory vaccination I cut out about 20 minutes of her reading a form someone sent her. I made the transition obvious where I cut that out). By the way, this Dr. Ardis guy that she shows in this video should be tried for murder: Now let's take a look at her Facebook posts: She loves Ivermectin: And she believes in natural immunity (I guess with Ivermectin? I'm confused). Check out the ingredients. The one she's calling out is a lipid from soybean phosphatidylcholines: Claims that mandates are unconstitutional: Ted Cruz. Fuck Ted Cruz... Plandemic of the Apes... This isn't vaccine related, but here she's claiming she was "transrelocated" by God to get her through a traffic jam: On October 11 she has to miss her Love Feast because she has fake symptoms? At least she's deworming: And she is still posting anti-vaxx memes: And more the next day: Next thing you know: And she dies. But that doesn't discourage Bernadette's Prayer Warriors. They tried to resurrect her from the dead by praying on Facebook: And then there was a string of replies that are prayers and commands that God resurrect Bernadette. Here's a small sample. There are over 170 of these "prayers": From what I understand, this attempted resurrection was as effective as any attempted resurrection in history. RIP Bernadette.

According to this article and Wikipedia, Ockert died from COVID on October 11, 2021. Ockert was a South African who started a mission church called "Light of the World" in Reni, Ukraine in 1990, and has been running it ever since. The town of Reni is indebted to Ockert and his wife Michelle for the work they've done in helping the poor areas of the city. Ockert has a Ph.D. in law, and was awarded the best law student in South Africa while in school. He received his Ph.D. at “Rijkuniversisteit” Ghent, in Belgium. Ockert also wrote and directed a Russian film called “Хватит - новый русский фильм” (translated it means “Enough”). According to wikipedia, "The film is a story of hate, war and betrayal, with love the only way to overcome it." You can see that film with subtitles here. Despite his accomplishments and accolades, as you'll see, Ockert and his wife were anti-vaxxers and spread their ideas both through social media and their church services. He paid the price for it. As mentioned, Ockert and his wife were adamant anti-vaxxers: The "new Holocaust"... Just Google Dr. Carrie Madej to see the lies she spreads: He's against "draconian" safety measures. He thinks masks don't work: Doesn't show death rates in these countries... Brought to tears over ethics prof firing? COVID officially classified as "cold or flu"? Well, Ockert got COVID and died: His wife never mentioned anything about him being sick with COVID: RIP Ockert.

According to social media posts (below), Paul Kendall died October 27, 2021. Paul ran for office several times in past 10 years. In 2012 he ran for Alaska state senate and lost. Then, in 2016, he ran against Lisa Murkowski in the Republican primary and lost. Finally, in 2018, he ran for mayor of Anchorage and lost. (He didn't even get as many votes as Dustin Darden, who was also running for mayor. We met Dustin Darden in the William Topel sorryantivaxxer story covered by ANTIVAXXMAN. He was the one who made the citizen's arrest on the entire Anchorage Assembly in the middle of the night.) Anyway, remember when the Discovery Channel decided that the world's most dangerous job was being an Alaskan King Crab fisherman? I actually think that's not even the most dangerous job in Alaska. I think that award goes to being on the Anchorage Assembly. You'll see why, below. She was a respected and somewhat famous doctor in Serbia with a career in medicine spanning 40 years. Despite her medical record, Rada was a conspiracy theorist and adherent to right-wing politics. Ayesha is the former President and current Chaplain for the Fredrick Douglass Foundation of New York. She is very conservative, and is very much against the vaccines, and any kind of mandates. She's been part of demonstrations at Rochester hospitals throughout the pandemic. People in her corner have been battling Highland Hospital in court to force the hospital to treat her with Ivermectin. as of October 14th it seems like they won that battle. UPDATE (10/26/21): Nancy has passed away. Post below. Original Post(10/26/21) According to her daughter's posts, Nancy is intubated in critical condition from COVID. This is going to be a bit of a different take. Sure, Nancy was a typical Facebook anti-vaxxer, and part of what I call the great anti-vaxxer meme explosion of August 2021, Nancy participated by reposting all the same memes that all the other anti-vaxxers posted, and that readers of this site now know all too well. I'll post some of them below. Now we've seen some anti-vaxxers who have posted videos of themselves under duress, most recently Amy Briar-Bement, who posted the gut-wrenching video of the progression of her disease. For this post we'll focus on Ashley Cruthers, who is Nancy's loving daughter. She has been giving her family and friends video updates on her mother's condition. She has been baring her heart wide open for everyone to see. She's absolutely genuine and she goes through every emotion, from sadness to hope, to anger, frustration, and back to sadness again. She's also not one to start a GoFundMe; instead she's organized a benefit and arranged for dinners and is selling tickets, all the while holding down a job and caring not only for her mother but also for her step-father, husband, and child, all of whom are also sick with COVID, with varying severity. Yes, Ashley should also have ensured that Nancy was vaccinated, but everyone should have a daughter who loves them this much. I personally am pulling for Nancy, for Ashley's sake. Yes, Nancy posted the standard anti-vaxx memes: Bill, Fauci, and Soros. Vaccine Holocaust, Freedoms, CDC Stooges, etc. We know she made the wrong decision on the vaccine, and she's paying the price. This is heartbreaking to watch. When this disease catches hold like this, it is one mean son-of-a-bitch.
