I replicated this appearance (Windows 10 laptop using Firefox) by zooming in to greater than 100%. If you go back to 100%, the horizontal scroll bar disappears and the Donate button is fully visible. So it's not a site glitch, but a setting in your browser that you can adjust if you like.
