According to this story, Kim Maginn of Little Rock, Arkansas who refused the pleas of her daughters to get vaccinated, has died of COVID-19. Here she is pictured (center) with her daughters, who are fully vaccinated and alive:
Like many other Arkansans, Kim was walking around without a mask in businesses that no longer required them, even though she wasn’t vaccinated.
.with her head full of nothing! she could have listened to her daughters
Kim is / was four years younger than me. In the last four years I have become a fan of single malt scotch, seen the Grand Canyon for the first time, became a grandfather two more times, seen the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (highly recommended), seen the downfall of the Orange Shitgibbon and watched an attempted coup in my own country. In the next four, God willing, I will see the Northern Lights, tRump convicted of anything, at least one more grandchild and my 70th birthday. All because of 3 little pricks to my arm. I am sorry her future is done. Yours doesn’t have to be. Get vaccinated.
This woman left quite the legacy for her family.
Noelle was fully vaccinated but still got COVID-19 from exposure to her mom.
“It was the worst sickness I have ever had,” Noelle said. “I was down for about a week and I was able to bounce back within that week.”
Noelle said her husband and one of her children got sick with the virus after she did as well. She’s worried because neither of her children is eligible to get the vaccine.
I’m sorry for her daughters. I have faced a similar situation with a loved one. Ultimately you can provide information, debate, beg, threaten… but you cannot make someone else’s decision for them. It is hard when you see someone being misled and you can’t stop it. Now these women are without their mom. I’m sorry for their suffering and wish them strength. May their mother’s story help others to avoid the same mistake.
