According to this obituary, Jeffery died August 29, 2021. He leaves behind a wife and four children, two sons and two adopted daughters. He only weighed in on his stance once on his Facebook page, but it was a doozy, I'll post it, below.

Don’t mind me, Jeff. I’m sitting here enjoying an Aberfeldy 12 and trying to decide if I should buy a condo in AZ. As an arbitrator I would have thought that you might be able to help me to see both sides of the issue. However, if your decision-making process was fairly represented in your vaccine refusal, then I must question how good your advice would be. In fact, I would think that it might give someone you had decided against a solid case for a redo. Unfortunately, Jeff, you do not get a redo. Neither does anyone else reading this. Get vaccinated and boosted.

Jeffrey, on behalf of the liberals in this country, we are grateful to you for refusing to vaccinate, refusing to wear a mask, and now passing on.
