According to the social media posts below, Gino is in the ICU with COVID. Gino isn't just a pretty face, he's also an anti-vaxxer. To Gino, anti-vaxx memes and right-wing anti-vaxx news stories weren't enough, so he added a lot of his own original data and information on the pandemic. Apparently, he has the ability to create facts and data figures at the spur of the moment.

Gino seemed to be a big hit with the ladies. I can only hope he used protection. If he didn't, I assume he would have gotten a shot to clear things up. Unfortunately, a wandering wiener isn't the only thing that needs protection. You can't wrap a lung, but there are other options. If you can get a shot for the peepee drip, you should be able to get one to prevent the IV drip. If only one of his fans would have told him.
