According to a post below and this obituary Gilbert died of COVID on August 11.

He was against science and, in particular, vaccinations.

Gil is a friend of mine and in the ICU on that day there was 25 patients, 5 unvaccinated, 20 vaccinated, of the 20 vaccinated 100% died, of the 5 unvaccinated Gil was the only one that died.

That is the honest to GOD truth.

Regardless of that fact its sad to see people mock those that have died, it’s sick and shows how shallow of a body you are.
