AVers continually engage in distorted thinking that leads to faulty conclusions and poor decisions. Their thinking is also highly biased by misinformation, conspiracy theories, and irrational beliefs, both political, social, and religious in nature. In a forum post, I stated that beliefs are not facts. The problem is that a vast majority of AVers confuse the two and are easily swayed by beliefs grossly lacking in supporting evidence.
We have all seen the extreme and bizarre reactions to crisis such as prayer warriors, organizing protest rallies, claims that hospitals are murdering Covid victims for profit, etc. ALL of these bizarre behaviors could have been circumvented with a simple vaccination shot. The irony of Cece's behavior is seen most strikingly when she has no hesitancy in having her horses vaccinated and trusts the veterinarians. But when it comes to the Covid vaccination, she calls it a sham and refuses to take it. Her decision cost her her life. How is that for irony? She is willing to protect her horses but not herself. She places greater value on her horses health than on her own. We can only shake our head in disbelief and wonder how and why she made such a reckless choice that prematurely ended her life.
