The Georgia judge allowed Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell to break off and be tried together. They had fought to be tried alone, but were denied. Powell asked Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee to dismiss racketeering and other conspiracy charges related to a breach of voter software in Coffee County in January 2021 because of prosecutorial misconduct. At a hearing Thursday, Powell attorney Brian Rafferty argued his client was not involved in the Coffee events and prosecutors may be hiding evidence that would exonerate her.

Jenna Ellis takes plea deal

She is now the FOURTH co-defendant in that case to plead guilty and admit to guilt and will have to testify truthfully, at the will of the prosecution and other cases trlated to the crime, serve probation and pay a 5k fine. How amazing that these liars claim to be "christians." 4 down and 15 to go....

PS: Rudy was a partner in this crime and stood with her. Withstanding Rudy's farts is not all this lying POS will be known for... but it will be a legacy for certain. Rudy also did not have a lawyer paid for by tRUMP and they are the ones taking deals. (How is it even possible that a codefendant pays for a lawyer? UGH). I hope that my radar is wrong in warning me that tRUMP knows that these fall guys will not be able to implicate him whereas the others can and would.

Sidney Powell was the Coffee Girl

Powell was a loyal and staunch ally in the 2020 election big lie. She was also tRUMP's choice to head a special council investigation. That he threw her under the bus was inevitable as that is what always happened to his beloved "friends," but he is pretty well saying she was never in his circle...

In spite of this...

But he is now definitely saying she was not his lawyer. She has committed to testify against the other defendants when called to do so, and as so admitted she was guilty of co-conspirating with her co-defendents... including tRUMP. Being she was "not his lawyer," tRUMP cannot claim attorney client privilege, nor that he acted upon her advice of counsel.

Ken Chesebro plead guilty and will be cooperating.

The conditions are very similar berween these 2 plea bargains.

Hours after the first 450 jurors appeared at the Fulton County Courthouse to fill out a questionnaire ahead of an expected monthslong trial where he faced seven felony counts, Chesebro and his attorneys pleaded guilty to a single felony charge of conspiracy to commit filing false documents. Chesebro’s deal includes five years of probation, $5,000 in restitution to the secretary of state’s office, 100 hours of community service, a letter of apology, an agreement to testify in future trials and to hand over remaining documents and text messages to the district attorney’s office.

one day before jury selection for her criminal trial.

She thus far gets no jail time, as she has agreed to fully cooperate. As good as that sounds, she will continue to lie and work to help tRUMP get elected again so she can be fully pardoned... rather than be remorseful or fully cooperative as she has agreed to be.

Meanwhile we celebrate the beginning of a long line of pleas... and I get to use this meme I have been waiting eagerly to use.

The plea:

Powell will serve 6 years probation, pay a $6,000 fine as well as $2,700 in restitution; she also agreed to testify truthfully in her co-defendants’ trials, turn over documents and submit an apology Georgia citizens.
