DA Fani Willis said the 19 defendants have until noon ET on August 25 to "voluntarily surrender.”
Fani Willis presented Georgia Grand Jury Monday with the election interference by tRUMP, with 13 counts arising from a criminal conspiracy to overturn 2020 election results … along with 18 co-fefendants indicted who knowingly and willingly conspired to overturn the 2020 election and 30 unindicted co-conspirators. “The indictment alleges that rather than abide by Georgia’s legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia’s presidential election results,” Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis
The indictment reads that Trump and his co-conspirators “constituted a criminal organization whose members and associates engaged in various related criminal activities.”
tRUMP is charged in the indictment with: Violation of Georgia’s RICO Act, solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, and conspiracy to commit filing false documents, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, filing false documents, and false statements and writings.

Judge Aileen Cannon has indefinitely postponed the trial date as she continues to delay on behalf of LOSER45. This was the most consequential criminal case as there are still many outstanding documents and tRUMP is a threat to the National Security of the USA. Her excuse?
