News that the flood of documents are streaming in to delay the Bragg /Stormy Daniels NY case is not so weird now, knowing that they are coming from the SDNY dept!! I am Canadian, but have been paying attention. The SDNY and the leaking rogue FBI who work with them are in the pocket of Giuliani, recently indicted POS traitor McGonigal and James Kollstrom before him, and all are tied mightily to tRUMP! This lawyer can tell you what is happening in the case, but neglects to understand THAT background.

‘Kicking, Screaming, Whining’ desperate attempt to delay classified docs trial
tRUMP attended the trial on the documents case to add to his theatre and beg for the case to be dismissed ... and even Judge Cannon had to admit that the top secret documents cannot be dismissed. (I have no confidence she understands the implications of the case on the whole. Just holding this hearing was a delay tactic)
The US Attorney's office in the DOJ refused to hand over materials a year ago to the NY AG office
and yet a week before the Bragg criminal trial and the next week as well, 40 to 50k documents are being turned over. Bragg has no choice but to delay the trail by at least a month to peruse if any of the materials are relevant to the case. (IMV, the GQP are obviously manipulating "justice" in America and are protecting tRUMP) Meanwhile, tRUMP is claiming this happened during his reign as resident, and is claiming immunity... and wants the case delayed 3 months or thrown out completely...

In my view, regardless of the complexity of the case, it would have seemed to be a priority for the judge (And lawyers on both sides) to have looked at the charges before the indictments and noticed such severe deficiencies in details ... had he felt the charges were poorly presented/warranted. The delay makes it look like a stalling/delay tactic, always in tRUMP's favour. (AGAIN IMV) It makes no sense, not that your justice system ever does....

When DA Fani Willis’s jumped in to give a surprise testimony, it was perfection. Before that , I was in a bit of chock at the lawyers and the judges road they were travelling... She told those loud-mouthed, over-paid, POS asshole lawyers for tRUMP off as she should have. The judge was not impressed, but I surely was. The judge seemed to be okay until yesterday. After seeing him allow the awful questioning of private matters that went well beyond the matter before his court so they could pander to MAGA and of course ... tRUMP. It all quickly careened the court into a theatre of the absurd that emboldened the other lawyers to follow.
As a single woman with no one close by to rely on, I keep a lot of cash on me and in my home. And why would anyone dare ask me if they did, especially after they have been doxxed by the very people this theatre is being staged by and for? That REALLY pissed me off! Not just me...
I won't be watching today... as it is a clown show of puppets. I hope the judge is better than that and will see that the case they brought is this far totally unsubstanciated. (I actually hope Wade steps down and she remains, but tRUMP will still try to have her removed...it is inevitable) This is how tRUMP also won many court cases. Deny, stall, take it to court. It got so expensive they let his cases go with minimal settlements every time!

Daily Kos was live updating the NY Civil fraud case. It started much as it ended yesterday, with tRUMP lawyer Kise pissing off the judge and complaining about Judge Engoron’s law clerk. The tRUMP defense has nothing so are "pounding the table." As tRUMP lawyer Kise has been hounding the judge, and the judge does not want a mistrial... he is seems to be far too willing to acquiesce.
