It is deadly? Yes, for some it can be. Is it dangerous? Yes, as it attacks the lungs of all mammals, which for some can be or seem benign but for others creates havoc as it is difficult to diagnose and be fairly symptom free for a very long time.
If any of the readers have seen me write about damaged/scarred lungs and increased susceptibility to lung infections and auto immune disease... this is the reason. The start of it all. I got it during a sand storm when visiting my sister in Arizona and found out I had it over 6 years later. I could write a book about what I went through... so instead, will let this person tell you about it. (It's Vox...she is being way too dramatic...FYI)
