Richard Tait was the inventor of the game Cranium, who became a multimillionaire from it and was living the good life in the Seattle area. One of those wealthy tech bros whom fortune smiled on. But he died July 25 from "'continued pulmonary complications due to COVID-19,' according to a Facebook post by his family, shared with GeekWire." He was 58.
WTF! This guy who did high-level work for MSFT for 10 years and left it to invent Cranium -- was he an antivaxxer? To die from those complications at this late date makes him sound like 1 of those goateed no-college fools. He was silent online about covid and vaccines, though, AFAIK.
here's the link to geekwire obit and a half-assed screenshot of the start of it. hard to fit in his face and the money graf.
Something that occurred more often during omicron was vaccinated people dying. Those who were up to date on boosters have been the least likely to die, but it happens. Other health issues/comorbidities a factor would be my guess.
Cait looks healthy in the photo, but may have had health issues that made covid more severe for him.
We may never know, but he did not deserve a place in this fine establishment unless he went down swinging and swigging the antivaxx kool-aid. (Unless his previous wife or fiance was one... then have at them!)
He sounds like a good guy... although one never really knows unless you are close and live with someone. He was not just kind to others, but, he helped others become successful in their careers and entrepreneurship. For that, he gets a pass from me... unless we have some proof that says otherwise.
PLUS:
The Vaccine is not a magical potion... (You need to read more; a lot more) and perhaps this fellow was also lacking information... which as you stated has been available for year(s) now. As many as 30% of those who have had COVID, whether really sick or milder, have complications that last longer than the infection. Most will get better, and some will still die. (Check out the excess deaths for the last 2.5 years,,,)
58 is not that young.
Complications that arise are numerous: Sepsis, pneumonia and other secondary Infections, blood clots. pulmonary embolism, vascular problems, kidney failure and so on and on and on.
One good way to find out if you have a problem with your immune system , heart or other organs is to catch a virus. Even a common fungal infection can kill you if your white blood count is that low...
Here is a reminder chart of where you have Ace receptors in your body. When you have COVID it finds all of these organs fair game, not just your lungs.
And after weakening them, others can fail...
*Your brain is especially susceptible to lack of O2 for example.
Makes you wonder.
