Is this corrupt SCOTUS even up to the task to be fair, just and non-partisan? Will Thomas recuse himself when necessary? I think not... Justice is Rotting at its Head: Conservative Supreme Court Corruption

Maddow: Trump getting kicked off Colorado ballot 'a real surprise'
U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case that could undo Capitol riot charge against hundreds, including Trump.
The obstruction charge applies to tRUMP and hundreds of his his insurrectionist minions. If that is overturned, it will be devastating to the DOJ and justice. That this all happened on January 6 and that Pence was targetted was no freaking coincidence...
The court’s decision to weigh in on the obstruction charge could threaten the start of Trump’s trial, currently scheduled for March 4. The justices separately are considering whether to rule quickly on Trump’s claim that he can’t be prosecuted for actions taken within his role as president. A federal judge already has rejected that argument.
Meanwhile, this is all you will hear about, as the SCOTUS shadow docket hums long merrily... https://www.npr.org/2023/05/22/1177228505/supreme-court-shadow-docket
Ha! The "literalists" on the court will have to try to weasel a way to keep Trump on the ballot. The decision Colorado put out feels like it will be hard to overturn, but I think the CONservatives on the court will just resort to gaslighting in their decision if they overturn it. Literalists when it comes to abortion, but weasels when it comes to Trump. We'll see!
