Who will this cull? My fear is it would be young voters that fell for Yang before. 70% of the young ones went for Biden. We don’t want to lose any of them to this.

It is Yang, and the timing is supicious, so a ratfuck.
I'm not really certain it will do much. This country is more divided than ever and I'm not sure a new party will benefit anyone. I know tRump had said some time ago he wanted to start one and we were hopeful it would pull enough reThugs away to torpedo their chances, but that never coalesced. Part of me is in favor of more than one party since I feel Dems are way too weak to get things done, but I have no reason to believe a new party, especially founded in part by a combination of Dems and reThugs will be any better, nor will it not somehow devolve into a potential fascist party since reThugs are part of it.
Agreed. They have some prominent republicans in it too so hopefully it damages republicans more, but I hope democrats don’t fall for it.
