Ugh, once again my very much-needed dental work has been put off because my dentist has Covid AGAIN. I don't know if it's her fault, or her patients, but I am very upset :(
More than likely it’s her patients fault, but that might depend on how up-to-date she is with her boosters. Masking isnt an option when it comes to having dental work done, and the antiseptic mouthwash we now have to rinse with before a procedure can only do so much. I get creeped out when I have to give a shot to an unmasked person (we can only recommend, not force someone to wear them now) and at least I don’t have to lean over their open mouths for 30 minutes. It’s kind of a miracle she’s only had it twice, IMO
I'm sorry to hear that. My dentist's office won't even let you in the door without a mask, and you can't remove your mask until someone is ready to stick sharp, pointy things in your mouth. They all dress wear masks & face shields, too.
