I miss Keith Olbermann.

We need active public figures who are actually nothing right now. Steve Banon, and Etc. He’s nothing. But he doesn’t shut up, and the bullshit out of his mouth shows up on every liberal and progressive website I visit on a daily basis. I guess just to get us fired up, but sometimes it has a depressing effect instead. Some days I just feel defeated. I would love to feel energy. We need a Reverend Al Sharpton for a new generation. Christ remember him in the 70’s? (Some of you won’t, LOL!). He made people soooo angry! We need some LOUD voices To carry the messages nonstop.

Does anyone remember the ‘Guardian Angels”? Sliwa, and Lisa what’s her name? Well he’s a giant jackass, of course. But he was EVERYWHERE. Newspapers, magazines, TV. He demanded attention. We need spokespeople, who not only command attention, but demand attention.

I watched a MTG video the other day, and every time she was asked a question, she came back with things like ‘why don’t you ask DOJ about the case against Hunter Biden? Why don’t you ask the democrats why they would try to prevent babies from being born? Why don’t you ask Joe Biden why we’re supporting Ukraine when we can’t feed our own children?’ She was as disgusting as you’d think, but she didn’t answer a single question. We need a reporter in the crowd who pushes back. Someone who will say, ‘I have questions for democrats, but these are the question I am asking YOU right now. Can you answer please?’ We need our own NewsMax. Maybe call it NewsMust. Employ a google device to make sure internet searches for NewsM puts NewsMust first. The difference would be, where NewsMaxx (or whatever 🙄) goes balls to the wall with bullshit, we need people who are NOT polite, or civil, and go balls to the wall with truth.

I guess it depends on what level(s) of activism one is capable of or willing to commit to. Is it going to be a formal organization or a grassroots semi-anonomous effort?

If you want to keep it on the internet and utilize images and rhetoric to mock and inform, That will have an effect up to point

Depending upon the impact or potential your group has, you can count on equal amounts of pushback. Once the powers that be feel threatened by the efforts of a group, they will either temporarily suspend the onward march or launch attacks upon the groups and individuals. This will include those faces at the top of our own similar orgs and institutions. Perhaps elements of idealistic territorialism will enter the picture. co-operation of like members may become competitive or petty among themselves.

This is the political realm as I've observed it. Those who would represent the face of such movements will be courted and or covertly targeted by the powerful. The powerful will offer generous assistance at first, but likely with strings attached. They will offer you standing within their org if you co-operate with their agendas. quid pro quo will be in play. Compromise will be in play. They may give you meaningless awards and cater to the vanity of those they seek and find to be useful targets to use to dismantle the cohesiveness of the groups.

These types of strategies are well known to those power groups who will feign a certain amount of support and respect until they discover ways to defeat you. then your groups will be crushed and forgotten. The powerful notch their weapons signifying their victory over you. The powerful will forge alliances with elements of your group whom they will turn to their will by patronizing, gifts, and opportunity that the poorer groups could formerly only dream of.

The original grassroots planners/organizer may lose their purpose and identity and the existing power groups will, in a sense, become the leaders by proxy after compromising and changing the meaning of the original will and intent of the group. They make keep the same slogans, the same dress, etc but now those things will all have had their original meaning stripped, co-opted and redirected.

I've been involved in certain aspects of community organizing. Your group will also experience internal struggles that the enemy will try to exploit.

This leads to the most important part of us versus them situation. We know they have almost inexhaustible resources and the power to generate funds. Us average to poor common folk have limited resources.

Oddly enough some mainstream branch entities that support rightful efforts are "People of Faith" organizations. That support can provide some solutions while simultaneously being part of the core problem.

I have literally seen members of groups "sell out" to their enemy for positions and properties and for prestige. Betraying the cause of the group's democratic decisions and falling into the trap that the enemy has set for them.

Group cohesion, cooperation, and participation is an imperative otherwise the conquer and divide strategies of your enemy will prevail.

These are my thoughts as rambling and incoherent as they may be.

I'm so far "radical left" that I want everyone to have access to a level of free healthcare so families don't have to beg for money on gofundme when their child has cancer.
