I dug around in many menus, but did not find a way to change the password. Please guide my blind fingers.

I just changed mine. I use Firefox on a PC.
Go to "log in with email", enter yr email address. Below the "password entry box" is a "forgot password?" box. Follow from there.
Good question. It says you cannot change your email, but nothing about the password. You can try to ask Vaxxman, the site administrator. vaxxmann@gmail.com
If you're talking about your login email, I don't think you can.
