1) John Emanuel Banuelos AKA John Banuelos , Utah and now Illinois, says he is homeless, told Salt Lake City police that he was at the Capitol and had been captured on film with a gun. “I was in the D.C. riots,” he told the investigators, according to a police transcript. “I’m the one in the video with the gun right here.” The video shows him firing 2 shots. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/new-jan-6-footage-appears-show-rioter-firing-gun-air-capitol-attack-rcna138137 felony offenses of civil disorder; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon; willfully and knowingly carry on or have readily accessible to any individual on the grounds or in any Capitol buildings, a firearm; and discharging a firearm or explosives, use a dangerous weapon, or ignite an incendiary device on the grounds or in any of the Capitol buildings; misdemeanor offense of disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
2) Derrick Evans, another insurrectionist, took down the video. https://rumble.com/v4c7cpi-exclusive-man-fires-gun-on-january-6th-at-capitols-west-terrace.html The comments on there are… ugh.
PS: Derrick Evans was a WV State Rep, then a January 6 insurrectionist, and now is running for congress. THIS is why insurrectionists must be barred from running for office... (There are many more of them, BTW)
Picture of Banuelos firing the shots.
3) ‘Banuelos has not been arrested [now in custody] or charged in connection with Jan. 6; the Salt Lake City police had arrested him in connection with the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Christopher Thomas Senn in a park on July 4, 2021.’
“Man, should I just tell the FBI to come get me or what?” he asked Salt Lake City police officers, according to a police transcript. Weeks later, Banuelos called an investigator with the department and “talked about going where Donald Trump sent him,” apparently referencing the Capitol, according to a police record. The Salt Lake City DA’s office did not pursue a case against Banuelos, who claimed self-defense in Senn’s death. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/arrested-fatal-stabbing-utah-man-told-police-brought-gun-capitol-riot-rcna16351
4) Here is a picture of him showing the gun in his pants… aimed at his inadequate appendage it seems. ‘Online "sedition hunters" who have aided the FBI in hundreds of arrests of Capitol rioters — and who first sent Banuelos' name to the FBI in February 2021 — quickly surfaced additional footage that confirmed that Banuelos was the man who appeared to have fired the weapon.’
‘Last year, according to the FBI, Banuelos posted a video on X that appeared to show him racking a semi-automatic weapon, in response to a post that included an FBI poster featuring his image. Banuelos, in an interview with the FBI, "denied intending to threaten anyone and claimed that many of his posts were done by artificial intelligence" and "stated that any weapons seen in his posts on X were fake and/or done by artificial intelligence.”
On his Instagram, which of course all homeless are also on… (WTF?) he wrote "The only thing I would like to say is that there's a war going on between the truths of God and the lies of this world the flesh and the devil," the account under Banuelos' name wrote. And my personal mantra that goes like this God first, think twice moved once, to be aware is to be alive!"
5) Although he says he is homeless, he somehow managed to get from Utah to DC and have a gun, but also in an interview he praises his onllne “educators” for their influence… “It’s a war, man,” the man said during the stream that was later uploaded to YouTube. “Let’s just do the right thing, let Trump win, we know it’s the facts, we know what’s up.” He rattled off a number of YouTube personalities who had influenced his line of thinking. “Thank you, God, for Jordan B. Peterson, thank you, God, for Dennis Prager,” he said. He also had a lot of priors… ‘Banuelos had a lengthy arrest record, including a prior felony drug charge that was not prosecuted and a number of other charges, including one involving a guilty plea for fleeing and eluding police.’
A "homeless" guy who moved from Utah to Illinois after Jan 6, but has access to a gun, the Internet for social media and Youtube, is wearing a tRUMP cowboy hat and carrying 2 flags that cost money.
Damn! We need to feature these Jan 6 rioters prominently on SAV. Where's Vaxman when you need him?
