Hello everyone, my name is Rick and I have been following this website for over a year now. My future daughter-in-law is an ER nurse for Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque NM and has worked throughout the pandemic. She is fully vaccinated to include boosters, she contracted Covid-19 a few months ago and was out of work for a few weeks, the hospital made her use her own time even though she contracted Covid at the hospitAl. She was 5 months pregnant at that time, she is now 30 weeks gestation and back in the hospital with pregnancy complications (eclampsia) of sever hypertension and must remain in the hospital until the baby is born which won’t be until 34 week, the baby will also have to be put into NICU. She has no more time left so she is not getting her salary, she has put in for disability but we have not heard of anything yet. Its so terrible that people won’t get vaccinated and the people working on the front lines who are vaccinated don’t get the help they need when they are in trouble and the hospitals don’t support their staff as they should. We have set up a go fund me page for her and my son so they can pay their bills while she is out of work. Please help if you can,
