There has been a major development in cancer treatment, using a vaccine based on the mRNA model. It's 44% effective against advanced melanoma, which is fantastic. They're already testing it against other cancers.
Watch all the anti-vaxxers refuse the cancer vaccine and die anyway 😣
This article prompted me to check out the Twitter disinformation situation, in particular the now unlicensed British former physician Andrew Wakefield, father of the anti-vaxxer movement (look on Wikipedia for an extensive summary about his fakery).
Guess who Wakefield was re-tweeting back in 2014? Donald J Trump. Imagine that. Makes you wonder if the 55 year old Trump daddy's son Bannon was born with autism (elderly male parentage is a major predictor of autism).
CDCWhistleblowR @CDCWhistleblowR Aug 18, 2015 Replying to @TannersDad @TannersDad @DrWakefield Yep. Someone mentions CDC statement by Congressman Posey, media spokesperson responds with 'Wakefield'. Ridiculous.
Andy Wakefield Retweeted Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Mar 28, 2014 Healthy young child goes to doctor, gets pumped with massive shot of many vaccines, doesn't feel good and changes - AUTISM. Many such cases!
Don't you realize vaccinations can make you artistic!!! My cousin's mailman's sister-in-law's mechanic got vaccinated, and was seen doing an oil painting on canvas the very next day!!!
Isn't it good that people have the freedom to neglect and abuse their children. /S/S
Land of the free and disabled.
Good for them. They can now Tom choose to needlessly die from a variety of diseases other than covid. Idiors
Rubella vaccination is to prevent infection in pregnant women as it can cause miscarriage, fetal death, or serious congenital defects. They think that's a 'silver lining'? Kind of ironic with the overturn of Roe v Wade.
Horrific for the kids who didn't get to pick their parents. We wanted our kid to live and also not be permanently disabled so we had him vaccinated. Risks vs benefits are quite clear.
Well bless their little hearts. At this point in time all I got is wishing them happiness in polio, covid, tuberculosis, plague, measles, and all the other stuff a little jab will keep you safe from.
Maybe there will be some Instructables on how to build your own iron lung out of a trash can and a small air compressor?
