The other day I heard an MSNBC interview with Neal Katyal, who has served as a high-ranking lawyer in government. He said Psycho Donnie probably will not do jail time, for one, because how could the secret service guard him there? It just won't work.
Besides, Donnie knows he's looking at the rest of his life in court. With all the lawsuits against him, he'll end up losing everything. Since Donnie prizes money over everything, wouldn't his financial losses be more satisfying than jailing him?
I'm giving that a big FUCK NO. If he'd been impeached and removed from office, he could have lost his secret service detail, along with all the other privileges of an ex-president. Why is it any different bringing charges afterward? As far as the money goes, he's quite capable of raking in hundreds of millions from his witless fans*—at the same time the GQP is paying all his legal bills, even for his personal business crimes.

Today Weisselberg went down for his old boss, 5 months or more (depending on his ongoing cooperation against the Trump Corp) at Rikers at 75 years old. WHY WHY WHY are people still risking their life by associating with that mobster Psycho Donnie?
