Among the side effects, and other diseases that Covid appears to spawn, neurological diseases seem to be in the mix.
Not only an increased tendency to develop Alzheimer's but now this one: Schizophrenia. It's not the only one but it sure ain't a good one.
Fucking FABULOUS. Incidentally I took a rapid test today (negative). I prefer my existing mental disorders, tvm.
The anti-vaxxers are so deranged that medical studies have been written about their personality disorders. Even in Japan.

Those who believe the anti-vax conspiracy theories might already have schizophrenia. That's not a zinger; I'm serious.
And like the other neurological effects, it may happen to those with milder COVID as well. It will be a dozen years (or more) before we know all that was caused by the virus.
Although purely anecdotal, I know 2 people who were related who underwent psychotic breaks at the some time as the year began and were hospitalized for many months. Neither had COVID (that anyone knows, being there were no other symptoms and so no testing until they were hospitalized) and they were in different Provinces and had not been together since 2019. Schizophrenia is in the family.
Well this may be a weird coincidence, the fact that COVID attacks endothelial cells and creates inflammation and blood clots, which means every organ in your body is at risk. IOW, not just the lungs, which remains the main reason people are hospitalized. It is causing damage we cannot see...and Doctors cannot see unless there is a blockage (Myocarditis, heart attack, stroke, DVT, autopsies, etc... This is why I will continue to use an N95 mask and use extra precautions
